Helfrich Bicycles provides professional mobile bicycle service designed to take the uncertainty and inconvenience out of maintenance and repairs. Whether your bike needs routine care or more involved attention, I make the process clear, efficient, and easy to navigate.
How does it work?
You can request service by call, text, or online scheduling. Each appointment is scheduled as a complete service visit so I can properly assess your bike, address the issue you’re experiencing, and ensure everything is safe and ride-ready. Depending on the work needed, service may be completed on-site or your bike may be securely picked up and returned after service. Some repairs require parts ordering or additional time, which is always discussed in advance so there are no surprises.
For added convenience, contactless pickup and return are available when your bike can be left in a secure, accessible location. I’m not just here to fix problems—I’m here to help you ride with confidence. From regular maintenance to thoughtful recommendations, my goal is to be your long-term partner in keeping your bikes running smoothly.

- Service appointments within a 10-mile driving distance of Mountville, Pennsylvania are included at no additional charge and are considered part of the Standard Service Area.
- Appointments outside the Standard Service Area are subject to the following service area fees:
- Standard Service Area (0–10 miles): Included
- Extended Service Area (11–20 miles): $29.99
- Premium Service Area (21–30 miles): $49.99
- Expanded Premium Service Area (31–45 miles): $69.99
- Beyond 45 miles: Custom quote
- Extended, Premium, and Expanded Premium Service Area appointments are generally reserved for larger repair projects, multi-bike households, bicycle assemblies, or appointments that can be completed during a single visit.
- I do not repair e-bikes (even if the battery is removed) nor electronic shifting.
